Front Desk Agent
We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for our guests. You will handle check-ins and check-outs, manage reservations, respond to guest inquiries, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure a seamless experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a hotel front office or customer-facing hospitality role
- Fluency in English and Kinyarwanda; French or Swahili is a strong advantage
- Proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS) such as Opera or Hotelogix
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a calm, professional demeanor
- Willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
Sous Chef
Join our culinary team as Sous Chef, working directly under Executive Chef Jean-Pierre Habimana to deliver outstanding Rwandan, East African, and international cuisine. You will oversee daily kitchen operations during service, mentor junior cooks, maintain quality and hygiene standards, and contribute to seasonal menu development. This is a hands-on role for a passionate chef ready to grow within a dynamic kitchen.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Cook in a hotel or upscale restaurant
- Strong knowledge of East African and continental cooking techniques and ingredients
- Food safety and hygiene certification (HACCP or equivalent)
- Demonstrated ability to lead a kitchen brigade and manage prep schedules under pressure
- Creative mindset with a willingness to experiment with local, seasonal produce
Marketing Coordinator
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Marketing Coordinator to help grow Kigali Delight's brand presence across digital and traditional channels. You will manage our social media accounts, coordinate photo and video shoots, draft email campaigns, support event promotions, and track performance metrics to optimize our marketing strategy. This role reports to the General Manager and works closely with every department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality or tourism
- Proven skills in social media management, content creation, and email marketing platforms
- Proficiency with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma
- Strong written English; ability to write engaging copy for diverse audiences
